Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the company has become aware of an unauthorized entity operating as " Tirupati Balaji Finance" and using/ misusing the name and identity of Tirupati Fincorp Limited in connection with purported loan activities. The Company clarifies that it has no association or connection with the said entity and has not authorized any person to undertake such activities on its behalf. The company is taking appropriate steps to protect its name and interests. A copy of the purported loan communication is enclosed for information and record of the Stock Exchange.
