Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, the 09th day of October, 2026, which commenced at 01:00 P. M. and concluded at 02:00 P.M., to consider and approve: 1. The change in designation of Mr. Abhishek Suresh Kyal (DIN: 08184639) from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). 2. The appointment of Mr. Sunny Chopra (DIN: 06864943) as the Managing Director of the Company on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee in pursuance of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, Subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. 3. The Board took the note of the Resignation of Mrs. Kusum Lata (DIN: 06693671) from the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
