02Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with the applicable provisions of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we hereby inform you that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (“NCLT”), has pronounced an order partially allowing the prayers made by the Company in its application seeking amendment to the Resolution Plan, to facilitate the necessary compliance with Rule 19A(5) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 (“SCRR”).
