01Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with circulars issued by SEBI (“ SEBI Circulars”), we wish to inform that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (“NRC”) by way of circular resolution today, on October 01, 2026 has approved a total grant of 4,179,012 stock options under Foodie Bay Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 (“ ESOP 2014 ”), Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ ESOP 2021”) and Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 (“ESOP 2024”) to the eligible employees.
