To consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 ('Financial Results'). b. To consider the proposal for the raising of funds by issuance of secured, listed Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, and matters incidental thereto.
