Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No: HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (‘SEBI Circular’) , we wish to inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, October 01, 2026, inter alia, has considered and approved, amendment in the Jubilant Ingrevia Employee Stock Option Plan 2021(“ESOP Plan”) subject to the approval of members of the Company, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (“SEBI SBEB Regulations”).

Brief details of options granted On the recommendations of t he Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, and subject to the approval of members of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the amendment in the ESOP Plan, interalia, to increase the ESOP P ool from 20,00,000 ( twenty lakhs) Stock Options to 30,00,000 ( thirty lakhs) Stock Options, exercisable into equivalent equity shares of the Company, in one or more tranches subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Accordingly, in order to ensure the continued availability of stock options for grant to eligible employees, strengthen alignment between employee performance and shareholder value creation, and maintain competitiveness with industry peers, it is proposed to enhance the size of the stock option pool under the Scheme.
