2026 Sub: Intimation regarding ROC granting extension of time for holding the 27th Annual General Meeting Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an approval from the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, dated 1 October 2026, granting an extension of one month for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies vide SRN AC6402057 dated 30 September 2026, seeking extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with the aforesaid approval, the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, 3 October 2026, through the prescribed mode, as already communicated to the Members. The Company will comply with all applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws in connection with the conduct of the Annual General Meeting.
