This is to inform that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015”), and based on the approval of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors and the Shareholders at the 46 th Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Company has granted stock options to eligible employees under the Biocon Unity Long Term Incentive Plan 2026 read with the Biocon Limited Performance Stock Unit Plan 2026, Biocon Limited Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2026 and Biocon Limited Management Stock Unit Plan 2026 (also named as Biocon Unity “Growth Accelerator” Plan 2026) (“Plans/Schemes”).

The granted options, once vested in accordance with the vesting conditions, as applicable, shall entitle the option holder to acquire equal number of equity shares, upon payment of exercise price and applicable taxes in accordance with terms and conditions of the Plans/Schemes.
