03Therefore, we request you to issue the Confirmation Certificate for the Quarter July - September 2026 to the Stock Exchanges, NSDL and CDSL, as per Regulation 74(5) of SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (DEPOSITORIES AND PARTICIPANTS) REGULATIONS, 2018, confirming the following : (1) Shares comprised in the certificate received from the Participant for dematerialisation, if any, have been listed on the Stock Exchanges where the earlier issued shares were listed.
