01In furtherance to our letter dated September 02, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that RITES has received an Order dated September 30, 2026, passed by the Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Appeal-1), Division-1, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in respect of the appeal filed by the Company against the demand order pertaining to FY 2019-20.
