01This is with reference to our disclosure dated June 29, 2024, and subsequent updates submitted as part of the Quarterly Integrated Filing (Governance), in relation to certain ongoing income -tax litigations involving Tata Consumer Products Limited ("Company").

02As an update to the matter, the Company wishes to inform that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, vide its order dated October 7, 2026, has passed an order in favour of the Company inter-alia related to a matter regarding claim of tax depreciation on intangibles.

03The Company had vide intimation dated June 29th, 2024, disclosed an Income Tax Assessment Order received for the Assessment Year 202 0- 21, where based on certain adjustments made, a demand of tax including interest was raised.

04The company subsequently preferred an Appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) against the said Order.

05The ITAT vide an Order dated October 7 , 2026, has passed an Order in favour of the Company.
