01This is in furtherance of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Aurum PropTech Limited (“Company”) held on July 16, 2026, the subsequent approval granted by the shareholders of the Company pursuant to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 14, 2026, our earlier disclosures to the stock exchanges in connection with the proposed issuance of fully convertible warrants of the Company pursuant to a preferential issue on a private placement basis, and the in-principle approvals granted by BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letters dated September 28, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
