We would further like to inform you that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have subjected the aforesaid results to “Limited Review” and the same is enclosed herewith.

Further, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Ananda Mahajan (DIN: 02602356) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive, Independent Director for the first term of five (5) consecutive years from October 14, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders.
