02by XIDA Inc., a step-down subsidiary of the Company Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) read with Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., October 14, 2026, has approved, in principle, the acquisition by XIDA Inc.
