02HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we hereby inform the Exchange that Sahana Defence Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has executed a Share Purchase Agreem ent ("SPA") on September 30, 2026 to acquire a 60% equity stake in Siddhanta Machining Private Limited.

03Upon completion of the proposed acquisition and transfer/allotment of equity shares pursuant to the SPA, Siddhanta Machining Private Limited will become a direct subsidiary of Sahana Defence Limited and, consequently, a step -down subsidiary of Sa hana System Limited.
